Since we're in the final stretch of winter and we have more clouds than sun I thought I'd brighten up dinnertime with a delicious Hawaiian meal!

I'm also offering client favorites to make your evening more enjoyable, simple and delicious.

TUESDAY MENU

Entree: Hawaiian Chicken w/Pineapple

Lean Amish chicken breasts, marinated & grilled then basted with Hawaiian bbq sauce made with pineapple juice, garlic, ginger and a little brown sugar. Served with Hawaiian rice, of course, made up of small bits of ham & pineapple with green onion. For some crunch we'll make you a lovely romaine salad with red pepper, green onion & fried wonton with a lovely creamy (non fat yogurt) mandarin orange dressing. Bright and sunny!

WEDNESDAY MENU

Entree: Salmon cakes with lemon caper sauce

Fresh salmon is roasted then broken into pieces, mixed with panko crumbs, egg and seasonings and shaped into a "cake". Served with lemon caper sauce, roasted garlic potato wedges and pan roasted green beans.
